Refunds And Cancellations Online payment for classes must be received prior to the scheduled class date to ensure your seat.

For classes and workshops, we only accept prior payment online, no cash is kept at the premises.

Cancellations later than 4 hours (12 hours for early morning classes) prior to class start time for any reason will not be refunded or credited. The cancellation policy applies to all 3G Yoga Peeta users.

If you have a class pass and cancel a class with less than 4 hours’ notice or fail to turn up you will forfeit one class from your pack. This includes the drop-in class pass.

Refunds And Cancellations Memberships: Students with a semi-annual or annual membership or a monthly rolling membership who have booked a space and do not show up to class more than twice without prior cancellation will have their membership status reviewed. Spaces are in high demand and should be made available to other students if someone cannot attend. Memberships may be revoked and refunded; a 30% administration charge will apply. 

The late cancellation and no-show fees apply to all memberships including the “intro offer”. 

Please do not ask us to break this golden rule, it is in place to ensure that all members have a positive experience and to deter consistent no shows and late cancellations. 

Late arrivals will not be allowed to attend class to ensure a peaceful session for those on time.

You must provide one calendar months’ notice prior to your next payment date for cancellations of memberships. 

Membership fees must be paid in irrespective of whether or not the member has used the facilities.

Memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable after the initial 14 day cooling off period in line with the Consumer Contract Regulations (2014). You sign up for a minimum period and this will have to be honoured. 

Under the Consumer Contract Regulations (2014) you are entitled to cancel an unused membership purchase and contract within 14 days from the date of purchase for which you will receive a full refund. Should you have used your membership within the 14 days cooling off period a partial refund will be provided. Any cancellation requests after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

You can freeze your membership for a period of maximum 1 month within a 12-month contract period. You must provide a minimum of 14 days’ notice and email, the time frozen will be added to your membership duration.

One off purchase such as the class pass packs are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be used within the expiry date provided when you make the initial purchase.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. No refunds given for lowered prices, the same as we will not ask you to pay more for an increased price after your payment is received,  Workshops need to be cancelled a minimum of 14 days prior to the workshop date to receive a full refund, no refunds given after. The cooling off period of 14 days after booking applies to workshops unless the booking is made less than 14 days prior to the workshop date.

Waiting Lists

When a space becomes available in class four hours or more prior to the class start time, the first 3G Yoga Peeta user on the waiting list will be added to the class and the booking system will email the 3G Yoga Peeta user a notification. 3G Yoga Peeta users must opt-in to receive these notifications when registering on the website. The 3G Yoga Peeta user will need to confirm they wish to attend by replying to the notification email to guarantee their space. If a confirmation is not received prior to the start of class the 3G Yoga Peeta cannot guarantee the availability of the space. Once the space has been confirmed, our booking terms apply.

Class Changes, Substitutions & Change of Teacher

​Classes may be cancelled by the management, teachers may be substituted or removed, class times may be altered or the days on which they operate may change. No refunds are given because of timetable changes.

Retail Refunds

​Returned merchandise, excluding used or opened products/packaging, will be fully refunded if returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt.

Class Pass Expiration Refunds And Cancellations

​Class Passes cannot be extended beyond their expiration date. If there is credit remaining on a Class Pass and it expires, the credit will no longer be valid.

Payment Refunds And Cancellations

We use Razorpay for processing payments. We/Razorpay do not store your card data on their servers. The data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS) when processing payment. Your purchase transaction data is only used as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is not saved.

Our payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our 3G Yoga Peeta and its service providers.
